Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Champaign, IL)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a critical role in coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement and interview scheduling to onboarding, while partnering closely with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.

This is a direct-hire position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities for both experienced professionals and graduate hiring programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruitment agencies, and direct applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Review and screen resumes to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and hiring requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders while managing interview logistics.
• Administer and monitor candidate assessments and testing environments to ensure a consistent and professional hiring process.
• Collect, consolidate, and communicate interview feedback, assessment results, and hiring recommendations to recruiting teams and hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment activity within the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scorecards, and hiring reports.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports to monitor hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed for a seamless new hire experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to deliver an efficient, positive, and professional recruitment process.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or recruiting operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, and recruitment logistics.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, or similar recruiting platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Preferred
• Experience supporting university or graduate recruitment programs.
• Familiarity with recruitment reporting and hiring metrics.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment processes.
