Funky Monkey Tees operates using a print-on-demand, custom apparel, and dropshipping fulfillment model.
This means:
1)Products are made to order
2)Items may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners
3)We do not maintain physical inventory
4)Orders containing multiple items may ship separately

2. Products & Custom Orders
Many products sold by Funky Monkey Tees are customized or printed on demand.
Product images are digital mockups and may vary slightly in color, placement, or scale
Screen and lighting differences may affect perceived colors
By placing an order, you confirm that all selections (size, color, design, personalization) are correct

3. Limited Drops & No Restock Items
Some products are offered as limited releases.
Limited-drop items may not be restocked once sold out
Designs may be retired without notice
Availability is not guaranteed
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
Prices may change without notice
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors
Payment must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods

5. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders typically enter production within 1–5 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or fulfillment partners
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, as permitted by law.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final, except in the following cases:
Eligible for Replacement or Refund:
1)Item arrives damaged
2)Item is defective
3)Incorrect item or design received
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

Not Eligible:
1)Incorrect size selection
2)Buyer’s remorse
3)Minor color or print variations
4)Normal wear and tear

7. Youth Apparel Disclaimer
Youth apparel sizing is based on standard size charts.
Purchasers are responsible for selecting appropriate sizes
Parents or guardians assume responsibility for fit, use, and supervision
Funky Monkey Tees is not responsible for sizing issues related to growth or fit preference

8. Athletic & Performance Apparel Disclaimer
Athletic and performance apparel is intended for general recreational use only.
Fit, compression, moisture-wicking, and durability may vary
Performance results are not guaranteed
Proper care and use are the responsibility of the purchaser
